Accounts

Hills Staff can provide a wide spectrum of accounting skills covering accounts payable and receivable, accounting to Trial Balance, manual book-keeping, credit control, banking and reconciliation, invoicing, and Profit & Loss reporting. We have part qualified accountants available and many of our employees have first-hand knowledge of small business practice and are therefore well acquainted with all facets of small business operation.

Examples of accounting packages used: MYOB, Quickbooks, Masterpiece, Sybiz.

Administration

Hills Staff has highly experienced, self-disciplined administrators including Office Managers and Payroll Administrators. Our staff can cover a wide range of tasks within the modern office, and have sound organisational skills and high levels of written and oral communication skills.

Clerical

Hills Staff can provide clerks to perform all your clerical functions.

Data entry

We have fast and accurate data entry clerks with speeds up to 15000kph to enter your peak sales or financial data.

Payroll

Hills Staff has on its database staff skilled in the preparation of payroll and all associated obligations and returns.

Reception

Perhaps our most popular category, Hills Staff can provide experienced receptionists with current switchboard skills. They possess excellent telephone manners and communication skills and can help to promote your front office image. We also have medical receptionists who are familiar with medical terminology.

Secretarial

Hills Staff can provide a full secretarial service to PA level, including taking minutes, shorthand, dictaphone and audio typing. Many of our secretaries are proficient in MS Publisher or similar desktop publishing software. We also have on our database a number of legal secretaries and stenographers who are familiar with legal terminology and transcription equipment.

Word processing

Hills Staff can provide a complete word processing service either in your office, or alternatively work can be collected, typed to a deadline and returned to you complete. We have staff with advanced word processing skills to attend to all your needs.

Retail / sales

We have launched a temporary or permanent placement service for the retail industry sector in the Adelaide Hills. This enables local businesses to draw on a pool of casual staff to cover peak periods, holidays, sickness etc, or provide permanent placements with all benefits Hills Staff offers.
