What we provide

1. Hourly rates apply. Expenses such as Wages, Payroll Tax, Group Tax, Superannuation, WorkCover etc are covered by HILLS STAFF. 2. The Clerks (SA) Award requires a 3 hour minimum period of employment. 3. Please contact Hills Staff for current overtime regulations and rates. 4. If a temporary employee's performance is unsatisfactory and is reported to HILLS STAFF within the first 3 hours of the assignment, charges will be waived. 5. Rates are subject to annual change according to the Clerks' (SA) Award, the Retail Industry (SA) Award or the National Wage Case. 6. If a temporary employee is offered permanent employment by your Company a fee will be charged as follows: · 1-3 months Normal permanent placement fee · 3-6 months 50% of normal permanent placement fee · 6-12 months Negotiable 7. Appointing a HILLS STAFF person to your Organisation or any associated Company on a permanent or temporary basis within 12 months of their last assignment will incur a placement fee. 8. HILLS STAFF temporary employees are under your control and direction for the period of the assignment and any errors or omissions are your responsibility. 9. HILLS STAFF temporary employees should be given an OH&S Induction within the first week of work. 10. You are responsible for authorisation of Time Sheets for payment of wages. 11. Trading terms are nett 7 days from date of invoice. |
