Hills Staff provides a simple and cost-effective solution to your staffing requirements. With temporary placements, we take care of all the paperwork involved with payroll administration, including superannuation, Workcover and Payroll Tax, leaving you to concentrate on your business. Hills Staff can also provide permanent placements, arranging interviews, forwarding resumes and reference-checking prospective employees. We can manage the interview process from beginning to end if required. Benefits With temporary placements, Hills Staff only bill you for hours worked (minimum charge is for 3 hours). This is a flat hourly rate with no hidden extras. The temporary staff we provide have been interviewed and reference-checked to ensure their performance meets your requirements. Subject to the Privacy Act, Hills Staff will forward to you personal details of a prospective employee, and will include a recent resume and any other information regarding the employee's ability to perform the tasks required. For permanent placements, staff can also be employed on a trial basis as a temp to assess their suitability, and when satisfied, a small placement fee is charged. This gives both parties the opportunity to assess their position. |
